According to reports, Hushpuppi is likely to be transferred to Los Angeles in coming weeks and he is said to have hired a top Chicago criminal lawyer to guide him through the process.

The Nigerian socialite hired Gal Pissetzky of Pissetzky & Berliner and he made his first appearance in court on behalf of Hushpuppi on July 6, Premium Times reports.

Hushpuppi’s removal process seems to have made it difficult for him to enter a plea deal.

His plea might not be taken and he may not be entitled to bail until his transfer to Los Angeles. Pissetzky is likely to counsel Hushpuppi on his transfer to Los Angeles but it is still not known whether he would go along with him once it happens.
