Can you tell us about your background and what inspired you to start Faithpearl Global Impact Foundation?
I was born and raised in a rural community where I witnessed the struggles and challenges faced by the people. This inspired me to start Faithpearl Global Impact Foundation to provide support and assistance to those in need.
How has Faithpearl Global Impact Foundation empowered communities in Nigeria?
We have provided access to education, healthcare, and skill acquisition programs to empower individuals to become self-sufficient and contribute to their communities development.
What are the key programs of Faithpearl Global Impact Foundation, and how do they work?
Our key programs include poverty alleviation, education, health, women empowerment, youth empowerment, human rights, agriculture and rural development, and skill acquisition. We work with partners and volunteers to implement these programs and ensure their success.
How do you measure the impact of your programs?
We measure the impact of our programs through monitoring and evaluation processes and feedback from beneficiaries.
What challenges have you faced in your work, and how have you overcome them?
The challenges we face include funding, lack of resources, and cultural barriers. We have overcome these challenges by partnering with like-minded organizations and individuals who share our vision.
Can you share a success story of someone who has benefited from Faithpearl Global Impact Foundation’s programs?
We have had several success stories, including young people who have received free skill acquisition and vocational training and also received capital to start off the trade they were taught. We have tailors, shoemakers, soap makers, and many others earning a living thanks to our work in skill acquisition. A number of people who have passed through our programs also volunteer to teach other people for free as their own way of giving back to their communities.
How does Faithpearl Global Impact Foundation collaborate with other organizations and individuals to achieve its goals?
We collaborate with other organizations and individuals through partnerships, networking, and sharing resources.
How do you involve the community in your programs?
We involve the community by consulting with them, understanding their needs, and involving them in the planning and implementation of our programs.
How did the COVID-19 pandemic affect your work, and how did you adapt?
The pandemic affected our work by limiting our ability to travel and meet with beneficiaries. We adapted by implementing remote communication and training programs. That was when we started teaching tech skills like web & graphics design remotely via zoom. We resumed our normal activities once restrictions were lifted.
What is your vision for Faithpearl Global Impact Foundation in the future?
My vision for Faithpearl Global Impact Foundation is to continue empowering communities in Nigeria and expand our reach to other African countries.
How do you ensure transparency and accountability in your organization?
We ensure transparency and accountability through regular reporting, financial audits, and involving stakeholders in decision-making processes.
How do you involve youth in your programs, and why is it important?
We involve youth in our programs by providing training and skill acquisition opportunities, mentoring, and leadership development. Youth are the future of our communities, and it is important to empower them to become agents of change.
Can you share a message for individuals who want to make a positive impact in their communities?
My message is to start small, focus on the needs of the community, and collaborate with others who share our vision.

A successful community leader should be empathetic, visionary, innovative, collaborative, and passionate about community development.

Young people should focus on their strengths, be open to learning from others, and actively seek opportunities to make a positive impact in their communities.

I prioritize my time and set boundaries to ensure that I have a healthy work-life balance. I also have a supportive team and family who help me manage my responsibilities.

My work with Faithpearl Global Impact Foundation has taught me leadership, teamwork, and resilience. It has also allowed me to learn about different cultures and perspectives.

We are currently working on projects related to health, agriculture, and education. We also plan to expand our reach to other African countries.
